You should plan on arriving at the centre about 60 minutes before the time your flight is scheduled. You will be given a thorough safety briefing and shown the techniques of indoor skydiving which includes how to bend and straighten your legs at the correct times so you can get the best experience for your time in the air tunnel. You’ll even find yourself laughing at this!

Next you will be provided with all the kit needed for skydiving including the flight suit, safety helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and goggles. On the day you should wear tight lace up shoes such as trainers, a collar-less top or T shirt so your flight suit will fit comfortably, collars can vibrate with the sheer airflow so this is important.
